HORRIBLE experience!!! I went to the shop today and a Spanish man by the name of REY came up to me and said that he will service my vehicle. I asked him if it will be done today and he said yes. I asked him if he was sure because it needed to be done today and he said yes it will be. It was almost closing time when I called the shop because I have not heard from anyone all day and a member from the shop told me that the car is going to be ready tomorrow. I made my way over to the shop and I spoke to REY and he brushed me off and said that he was busy. I told him that when I asked him if it was going to be done today he said yes and he made that promise to me. He then proceeded to act like he did not care what I was saying and brushed me off again. I asked him why he did not call me and he said that he did not have time. I told him that it only takes a minute to call the customer and let them know that he could not complete the job. He did not care and proceeded to pretend like I was not there. I left with my car that was not serviced and highly upset. He also promised me a price that another employee there said was not accurate. He is a thief and inconsiderate to the customers. When I tried to get his information he told me that he is not licensed and he also does not have papers. One of the employees also confirmed that he does not have a license and is considered "a private mechanic". Please do not go to the shop or you will also have a horrible experience with REY who is not even a licensed mechanic. Feedback: Satisfy the cust. Offer accomadations. Follow up with cust if work cannot be completed.

Do not patronize this location if you are white! I was first lied to about their return policy. if you buy an electronic item Mr Advance Auto Carlos S. will tell you to take it to the store it was purchased at that they cannot return it at their store. Secondly with the receipt present he will instruct you to do the same!!!Very arrogant. I have patronized stores in this area for 42 years and this is a place I highly suggest if you are white this is no place for you. also I was informed by a good friend of mine that Mr. Carlos has his hand in the cookie jar and as a deterent he takes the heat off himself so the company will think he is a model employee. That is why there are the restrictions on "HIS" policies. very anti white store
